How to interpret results

Latency is the round-trip time between your browser and the test endpoint. Lower values generally improve responsiveness in interactive apps, calls, and games. A stable latency profile is often more important than a single very low number.

Download speed represents how quickly your connection can receive data, while upload speed represents how quickly it can send data. Real-world speeds vary by server location, Wi-Fi conditions, local device load, and background traffic, so you should run multiple tests and compare averages rather than relying on one run.

This tool uses browser requests and public test files to estimate throughput without plugins. For ISP-grade diagnostics, use this as a first-pass indicator and combine it with router-level checks and provider diagnostics when needed.
